On July 15, 2022, Chairman Ge Jing of Beijing SYS Technology Co., Ltd. held a dialogue and exchange with a delegation led by Huang Zhengce, Chief Engineer of Hualan Design (Group) Limited's Urban Planning Institute. The two sides reached a consensus on shared benefits and faster collaboration for development.

The meeting was attended by General Manager Li Chongxin, Deputy General Managers Zhao Lei and Li Lingling from Beijing Kejingyuan; and Deputy Dean Qin Dequan and Deputy Chief Engineer Li Mantao from Hualan Design's Urban Planning Institute.

Against the backdrop of the nation's strong emphasis on environmental rectification, the two parties discussed planning and packaging a comprehensive service project for the ecological sector. This integrated service encompasses consultation, design, construction, and operation, providing top-tier planning and technical guidance for local water ecology management and facilitating the planning and execution of relevant projects.

Both sides discussed SYS's the successful experiences in the new models, technologies, and standards for the treatment of the Dianchi basin. and the technical philosophies on watershed management, rural polluted water bodies, construction and upgrading of sewage plants, section assessment management, and controlling pollution from combined sewer overflows were explored. The two sides deliberated on how to collaborate in the future and apply these experiences and technologies to related areas in Guangxi.

Aligned with the specific needs of Hualan Design (Group) Limited, concrete solutions for issues such as rural polluted water bodies were presented. Business models, technical philosophies, and post-construction operation and maintenance strategies were also discussed.

The dialogue and exchange was successfully concluded, which is laying a solid foundation for sharing mutual resources and strengths to expedite cooperative development.
