On July 3, 2023, the signing ceremony for Chairman Ge Jing's appointment as a Water Environment Management Expert Consultant for the People's Government of Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, was held at the Luancheng District People's Government. Deputy District Chief Liu Zhiyong, heads of the District Ecological Environment Bureau, Water Resources Bureau, Housing Construction Bureau, Urban Management Bureau, Transportation Bureau, and Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, leaders responsible for water pollution prevention and control, and officials from the management office in charge of water pollution prevention attended.

The People's Government of Luancheng District has appointed Ge Jing as the Water Environment Management Expert Consultant for the People's Government of Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Addressing the water environment issues in the Luancheng area, General Ge will draw on years of experience in water environment management to provide project consulting, review services, and technical support for water environment management in Luancheng. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, construction and upgrading of wastewater treatment facilities in urban areas and industrial parks, improvement of river and lake landscape water quality, treatment of black and odorous water bodies, rural wastewater treatment, and sludge management in wastewater treatment plants.
