On April 9, 2023, in this spring of burgeoning life, to enrich the cultural life of employees, enhance their work enthusiasm and team cohesion, increase their sense of belonging and identification with the company, and further promote the company's corporate culture construction, Kunming SYS's staff stepped into nature. They visited the Er Long Lake Scenic Area in Kunming, embarking on a one-day team-building and development journey.

This activity received attention and support from Group President Zhang and leaders from Kunming Company, among others. It aimed to provide employees with opportunities for communication, allowing deeper understanding among them, establishing mutual trust and respect, and forming a solid foundation for good communication. Moreover, throughout the activities, they gained a profound understanding of the importance of collaboration, learned, and proficiently applied team strength to enhance work efficiency, strengthened execution ability, seized the opportunity for self-breakthrough, created a common set of values, and grew together with the company.

Through progressively challenging activities in the expansion projects, such as "Heartbeat Drum," "Rooster Laying Eggs," "Traveling Around the World," and "Ship Sinking in the Ice Sea," team members are required to be conscientious and composed. They must withstand the setbacks of failure, become more courageous after setbacks, persist, and eventually succeed in completing the tasks.

In the game, when all team members unify their thoughts and actions, the team's strength becomes infinite. The same perseverance seen in the game applies to our daily work. It's a principle of collaboration for mutual wins. There are no outstanding individuals, only outstanding teams.

The one-day team-building exercise drew to a close as everyone still longed for more. Although the journey was tough, we found joy in it. It taught us how to live happily, work with joy, and that only when hearts are united do we become a team; with everyone harboring different thoughts, we are but a gang. The company's journey from struggling to continuously growing could not have happened without everyone's collective effort. We've strived together, persisted, and experienced it all. These experiences will become our lifelong spiritual wealth and the source of our motivation at work, solidifying the foundation for SYS's development.
