On the afternoon of February 3, 2023, Yu Bo, the Secretary of Shen Zhou City Committee, Li Xueyong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Economic Development Zone, and Qi Yijie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Economic Development Zone, along with other city leaders, visited SYS. They were accompanied by Chairman Ge Jing, the General Manager, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Engineering, and Deputy Dean of the Technical Research Institute from SYS.

Visit to Zhao Quanying Reclaimed Water Plant

Accompanied by the Chairman of SYS, the leaders from Shen Zhou City first arrived at the Zhao Quanying Reclaimed Water Plant. The water plant mainly processes a mixture of domestic sewage (60%) and industrial wastewater (40%) with a treatment capacity of 13,000 cubic meters per day. The treated water quality meets the Grade A standard of 'Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants' (GB18918-2002) and satisfies the requirements for reclaimed water reuse.

This makes it a national and international demonstration project exemplifying energy-saving, environmental protection, intelligence, and ecology.

Leaders from Shen Zhou City proceeded to the fifth floor of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Building for a ninety-minute roundtable discussion. Both parties engaged in deep dialogue about government investment promotions, collaborative corporate development, and Kejingyuan's investment plans.

Secretary Yu Bo introduced to the SYS participants the purpose of their visit, detailing Shen Zhou City's industrial focus and the government's supportive policies for private enterprises, especially those regarding talent development in research, technical fields, and vocational training. He commended SYS for its achievements in Beijing and its contributions to their hometown, hoping that enterprises based in Beijing would often revisit and further contribute to their hometown.
