From July 26 to 27, 2024, Beijing SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held its semi-annual working meeting. The meeting not only provided a comprehensive summary of the remarkable achievements in the first half of the year but also included a deep analysis of the market environment and the current state of the industry, leading to the formulation of a clear development plan for the next six months.


Chairman Ge Jing, Director Zhang Rumin, General Manager Li Chongxin, as well as the vice presidents of the company, heads of departments and regions, and personnel at or above the middle management level attended this meeting, which was presided over by Executive Vice President Zhao Lei.

The Office of the Board of Directors formulated a strategic plan aligned with the company’s long-term development goals through in-depth analysis of market trends and internal resources. Meanwhile, it continued to strengthen the corporate governance structure and improve the transparency and efficiency of decision-making to ensure the company's flexibility and competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment.


The Marketing Center presented its strategic layout and innovative practices for market expansion, emphasizing the importance of deepening customer service to enhance the company’s performance and brand influence. The International Department achieved breakthroughs in the international market and explored new opportunities through international exhibitions and foreign visits.


The Design & Research Institute focused on technological innovation, promoting the research and development of new products and technologies, which provided a solid foundation for the company’s technological leadership and product innovation, as well as favorable support for project implementation. The Operation and Management Center enhanced the company’s operational efficiency and long-term development by optimizing management processes and improving decision-making efficiency.


The Procurement Center effectively reduced costs and improved resource allocation efficiency through centralized procurement and supply chain optimization. The Engineering Operation and Maintenance Department improved project execution efficiency and service quality through refined management measures, including a one-stop plan. The Production Center continued to optimize production processes and strictly control quality through detailed management and a rigorous quality control system.


The Finance Center further optimized fund allocation, improved the efficiency of fund usage, and strengthened risk management and internal controls to ensure the company’s financial soundness and sustainable development. Finally, the Human Resources Department actively promoted the “six high” talent strategy and fostered corporate culture to support talent development.
