The 2024 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) was held from September 4 to 6, marking another milestone in the history of China-Africa relations. President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the summit's opening ceremony, focusing on the accelerated evolution of the world's long-term changes. He proposed to elevate the overall positioning of China-Africa relations to an all-weather China-Africa community of shared destiny in the new era and announced a series of major initiatives for China and Africa to work together in promoting modernization, thus outlining a new blueprint for China-Africa relations.

During the summit, Beijing SYS Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SYS”) was invited to participate in the first China-Nepal Economic and Trade Precision Cooperation Fair, where it engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges with entrepreneurs from various African countries to support Africa's green development.

On September 4, 2024, the first China-Nigeria Economic and Trade Precision Cooperation Fair was officially opened during the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). With the theme of “Precision Matchmaking”, this year's fair centred on the seven major fields prioritized by the Federal Government of Nigeria in its cooperation with China, including agriculture, power and new energy, security, mining development, automobile trade and biomedicine. Through the opening ceremony, the exhibition area negotiation and the closed-door discussions, the fair facilitated point-to-point economic and trade cooperation between the government and enterprises as well as among enterprises. Mr. Li Chongxin, General Manager of SYS, and Mr. Ge Linxi, Director of the International Department, attended the event as representatives of the company.

In the business negotiation and exhibition areas, SYS showcased its innovative achievements in environmental protection technology through pictures, videos, and physical displays, and had fruitful exchanges with Nigerian partners.
