This reduces the salt content in water, effectively controls the concentration multiple of circulating water, and precisely guides system drainage and water replenishment. It minimizes water replenishment and drainage volumes, controls biological and chloride ion corrosion in systems, and reduces carbon emissions, thus achieving energy and water conservation and carbon reduction goals. The primary energy consumption of the Intelligent Ion Balancing Device is for driving ion migration. No significant chemical reactions occur on the electrically radiating plates, eliminating the need for high temperatures and pressures. This results in low energy consumption, with 1-2 kW·h per ton of water, an ion removal rate between 50-80%, and the highest water recovery rate up to 95%.
