The Intelligent Ion Balancing Device, specially developed in line with the state's dual-carbon policy, is an environmentally friendly comprehensive water treatment equipment for circulating water, specifically for cooling, freezing, heating, and industrial water systems. Designed with energy-saving, emission reduction, water conservation, and environmental needs in mind, it purifies the water quality of circulating systems. This reduces the salt content in water, effectively controls the concentration multiple of circulating water, and precisely guides system drainage and water replenishment. It minimizes water replenishment and drainage volumes, controls biological and chloride ion corrosion in systems, and reduces carbon emissions, thus achieving energy and water conservation and carbon reduction goals. It effectively ensures the safe operation of air conditioning units, aiming to reduce operating costs and extend the service life of system equipment.
●Energy-saving and Efficient
The primary energy consumption of the Intelligent Ion Balancing Device is for driving ion migration. No significant chemical reactions occur on the electrically radiating plates, eliminating the need for high temperatures and pressures. This results in low energy consumption, with 1-2 kW·h per ton of water, an ion removal rate between 50-80%, and the highest water recovery rate up to 95%.

The electrically radiating plates are made of a special inert material with strong anti-pollution capabilities, lower raw water requirment, and good adaptability.

Capable of fully automatic water replenishment and sewage discharge. When applied to cooling circulation water systems, it can reduce sewage discharge by more than 80%, requires no shutdown for maintenance, and offers a high degree of automation.

Utilizing PLC control for easy operation and maintenance, it enables unattended management, saving human resources. No special maintenance of core components is needed during shutdowns, making maintenance convenient.

The unique operational system of SYS could record real-time data of the circulating water system and treatment equipment, including volume of water replenishment, volume of sewage discharge, running time, water quality, temperature, and electricity consumption. It also features multiple safety alerts to ensure stable equipment operation.

Rejecting the use of chemical agents, the treatment system possesses sterilization capabilities, and the treated water has a continuous bacteriostatic effect. The sewage is concentrated from the original water, and the system itself does not generate new pollutants, preventing secondary pollution.
